Abdellatif Loudiyi signed the agreement across the table from Elbridge Colby, marking a decisive step in strengthening defense cooperation between Rabat and Washington.
This new roadmap outlines a decade-long framework aimed at deepening military coordination, enhancing interoperability, and expanding joint capabilities.
