Quick-Witted Management (QWM) is expanding its footprint in sports marketing through a new partnership between its sports expertise agency, 6Sports Marketing Advertising, and LFP Media, the commercial subsidiary of France’s Professional Football League (LFP). The partnership will bring a watch party for the Paris Saint-Germain versus Olympique Lyonnais clash to Yaoundé, Cameroon, on Sunday, October 25, 2026.

Hosted at Le Nomad lounge restaurant in Odza, the event will offer fans free access to a day of football, entertainment and activities. The initiative marks the first step towards a broader ambition: bringing Ligue 1 McDonald’s closer to audiences across French-speaking Africa, with Cameroon serving as a pilot market.

QWM’s expertise supports Ligue 1’s expansion

Quick-Witted Management has developed a network of expertise in sports and event management, with operations spanning Europe and Africa. Its agency, 6Sports Marketing Advertising, specialises in strategic consulting, marketing, event organisation, media rights and content, public relations, hospitality and partnership development.

LFP Media has selected the agency to help strengthen the French league’s international reach. The goal goes beyond broadcasting matches. Through live fan experiences and community events, the partnership seeks to turn African audiences’ interest in French football into stronger engagement and new commercial opportunities.

Yaoundé sets the stage for a wider African rollout

Le Nomad will open its doors at 3 p.m. on October 25 for a day dedicated to Ligue 1 McDonald’s. The programme will include PlayStation gaming, table football, foot-billiards, pool, competitions, prizes, a DJ, karaoke and food available from the restaurant’s menu. Activities for children will begin at 4 p.m.

The main attraction will be the PSG-OL match, scheduled to kick off at 8:45 p.m. Fans will be able to watch the game together on a big screen in a lively atmosphere. Admission to the event is free.

The initiative will also serve as a test for future events. Depending on the results of this first season, LFP Media and 6Sports Marketing Advertising could extend the concept to other events in Cameroon before expanding into additional French-speaking African markets.

With its presence across Africa and Europe, QWM aims to strengthen its position as a key player in sports marketing and in building commercial links between the two regions.
